Adversity quotient, also known as adversity quotient, refers to people’s ability to respond and cope when facing setbacks, difficulties and adversities. It measures a person’s ability to face adversity, get out of trouble, and get out of depression. In the workplace, the importance of reverse quotient is self-evident.
The components of adversity quotient include sense of control (the ability to control the situation), cause and responsibility (analysis and judgment of the causes of adversity), scope of influence (the scope of the impact of adversity on one’s work, life, etc.) and duration (the impact of adversity on one’s work, life, etc.) lasting personal impact).
People with high adversity quotient can show extraordinary courage and perseverance in the face of setbacks, calmly deal with difficulties, never give up, and even accumulate success in adversity.
Improving adverse quotient requires facing frustrations bravely, recording dissatisfaction, locking the scope of the event, setting common sense goals, cultivating hobbies, and making optimistic and cheerful friends. Adversity quotient not only determines an individual’s career development, but also affects the success of the entire organization.
Adversity Quotient (AQ) in the workplace refers to the ability to cope with adversity in the work environment. It covers the four dimensions of duration, initiative, influence and self-control, and is used to measure a person’s ability to cope with setbacks and stress in the workplace.
This workplace AQ test is adapted from the Stotts version, with a total of 20 questions, a test time of 20 minutes, and a maximum AQ score of 200 points.
Please note: Just answer how you usually respond, don’t be deliberate. Such results are truly effective.
Remember that this is not a job application inquiry form, and there is no need to consciously show off your strengths and cover up your weaknesses.
If you really want to have a judgment about yourself, then you shouldn’t put any sugarcoats on it. Otherwise, you should take the test again.
If you want to know your workplace adverse quotient, take the test!
