Confirmation of this Agreement and related definitions### (1) Confirmation of the PsycTest Quiz User Registration Agreement When you confirm that you accept the PsycTest Quiz User Registration Agreement (hereinafter referred to as ‘This Agreement’ or ‘User Agreement’) or agree to use the PsycTest Quiz products through the PsycTest Quiz platform (hereinafter referred to as ‘Platform’), you, as Party B (hereinafter referred to as ‘Party B’ and ‘User’), have reached an agreement with PsycTest Quiz (platform operating entity: Xinzhile Network Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as ‘Party A’ and ‘PsycTest Quiz’), and voluntarily accept and comply with all service specifications and related sub-agents, management specifications, service rules, etc. involved in the services provided by PsycTest Quiz, including this Agreement. You can use products including but not limited to evaluation, consultation, reading, Q&A and other products on the platform according to your own needs. Before using the above products, you should understand the usage rules of the relevant products and use them after detailed reading and approval. PsycTest Quiz has the right to update this Agreement and related sub-agents, management specifications, product usage rules and other documents (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Service Agreement’), including but not limited to the timely release or revision of PsycTest Quiz service rules, usage rules, announcements, prompts, notifications, etc. The update will be notified and reminded through system prompts, site information push, and/or contact information you leave on PsycTest Quiz. The update will begin to take effect on the specified date of the aforementioned notifications and reminders. If you continue to use the Service, it means that you agree to accept our updated service agreement. The expression of your rights and obligations, service content and fees and settlement standards will be subject to the latest service agreement. PsycTest Quiz platform services: including but not limited to the evaluation, consultation, reading, question and answer, knowledge and popular science products and services provided by PsycTest Quiz on the platform. According to this agreement, PsycTest Quiz provides you with platform products and services. You will use product services through the PsycTest Quiz platform. The specific content of the agreement is for both parties to comply with and implement: ### (III) Platform Service 1. Party A provides Party B with a service medium on the platform, through which Party B has the right to use the products and services provided by the PsycTest Quiz platform. 2. If the content of the user agreement conflicts with other individual product rules, service rules, website rules or service agreements, the agreements of other special rules shall prevail. 3. Before using relevant products, users should fully read and understand the content of product rules (if any) and agree to enjoy and use product services in accordance with page rules. 4. PsycTest Quiz has the right to update, optimize, remove, suspend, terminate platform functions, products, services, etc. according to operational needs. The content of this User Agreement shall apply to the launch of new modules, functions, products or services by PsycTest Quiz. 5. PsycTest Quiz has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of platform services due to regular and irregular platform maintenance or operation needs, and users will receive platform notification in advance. The platform shall not bear relevant responsibilities for transmission or connection delay, inaccuracy, error, omission or inability to use caused by this. ## 2. Effectiveness and termination of this agreement### (I) Effective 1. This agreement takes effect when the user clicks to confirm this user agreement and logs in to use the PsycTest Quiz platform. ### (II) Termination 1. [Termination initiated by PsycTest Quiz] When the following situations occur, PsycTest Quiz has the right to terminate this agreement without notifying the user: (1) If Party B violates the provisions of the user agreement, Party A has the right to immediately terminate this agreement without notifying Party B; (2) If Party B steals other people’s accounts, publishes illegal/infringement information, defrauds others’ property, disrupts the website order, takes improper means to make profits, or commits other illegal/breach of contract, PsycTest Quiz has the right to seal and cancel the user’s account; (3) Except for the above circumstances, if the user violates the product and service rules related to the PsycTest Quiz service agreement three times (or more than one) of the user, PsycTest Quiz, has the right to seal and cancel the user’s account; (4) The user’s account is PsycTest Quiz Quiz is cancelled in accordance with the user agreement; (5) Other acts that violate the user agreement and service agreement. 3. Processing after the termination of the agreement (1) [User Information Disclosure] After the termination of this agreement, unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations, PsycTest Quiz does not provide any information in the account to the user or any third party; at the same time, it is not obliged to retain any information from Party B, and Party B shall save it before the termination of the agreement. (2) [Platform Rights] After the termination of this agreement, PsycTest Quiz still enjoys the following rights: ① Continue to save the checking and confirmation records of various documents such as the service agreement when users use the platform and product services, and use traces and paths of product services, etc. (This information shall not involve user usage information cache, user personal information or user privacy information, etc., and the information shall not be provided to any third party); ② For user breach of contract, infringement damage caused, etc., the platform reserves the right to pursue breach of contract liability. ## 3. Registration, use and cancellation of accounts 1. You confirm that you must have full civil capacity when registering and using the PsycTest Quiz platform and its products and services. 2. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you must obtain the consent of the guardian, register the user by the guardian, and use the PsycTest Quiz platform product services under the consent and guardianship of the guardian. 3. If the user does not have user qualifications, all responsibilities and consequences arising from this will be borne by the user and his guardian. PsycTest Quiz has the right to immediately cancel an account that does not have user qualifications. 4. The ownership of the account registered and used by Party B belongs to Party A. Party B enjoys the exclusive right to use the account. No third party may use the account registered by Party B without the permission of Party B. If any third party uses Party B’s account to operate, it shall be deemed that Party B’s own operation. 5. After the user completes the registration procedure according to the platform registration process, he can obtain the right to use the platform account and become a PsycTest Quiz user. Users can use their accounts according to the functions displayed on the platform, set or modify their account passwords, etc., and users are responsible for the security of their accounts and passwords. 6. Accounts may not be transferred, gifted or inherited in any way. If any improper use of the account occurs or may endanger the security of the account use, the user shall immediately notify PsycTest Quiz and ask PsycTest Quiz to suspend account services; PsycTest Quiz also has the right to actively intervene and suspend account services. 7. A user is limited to one account. If there is any improper registration or improper use of multiple accounts, PsycTest Quiz has the right to cancel the excess account (retain the earliest registered account, and the data is retained based on the earliest registered account) and refuse to provide user services as appropriate. The name of a national politician shall not be used, the name that insults and slanders others shall not be used, or the name that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights or corporate fonts shall not be used. Otherwise, PsycTest Quiz has the right to terminate the use of the user’s account nickname; therefore, any disputes in ownership, compensation, losses, etc. will be borne by the user. 11. Authenticity (1) When users complete real-name registration and use product services, they should provide real, accurate, latest and complete personal information. For information updates, they should update their account information in a timely manner to ensure the timeliness of the information. (2) If the information provided by the user is incorrect, false, exceeds the time limit, incomplete or misleading, PsycTest Quiz has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of account services. 12. Update and maintenance (1) Users should update their account information in a timely manner to ensure that the information provided is up-to-date, true, complete and effective. (2) If PsycTest Quiz is unable to contact the user according to the latest contact information provided by the user, the user fails to provide information in a timely manner as required by PsycTest Quiz, the information provided by the user is obviously false or is verified as invalid by the administrative and judicial authorities, the user shall bear all the losses and adverse consequences caused. (3) PsycTest Quiz has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of account services until the user updates the latest user information. PsycTest Quiz does not assume any responsibility for this. ## 4. User information release rules 1. Rights claims If you believe that the content of this platform (including content posted by other users) or content obtained through this platform may infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, please provide feedback to PsycTest Quiz in writing or through the platform’s ‘feedback’ channel. The users agree to authorize the copyright of the works to PsycTest Quiz for all kinds of works published on the platform: including but not limited to the copyright, distribution rights, rental rights, exhibition rights, performance rights, screening rights, broadcasting rights, information network dissemination rights, filming rights, adaptation rights, translation rights, assembly rights, rights protection rights, and other copyright property rights that should be enjoyed by the copyright owner. 3. If all kinds of works published by users on the platform are reproduced or used by third parties infringed and reprinted or used by third parties, PsycTest Quiz has the right to file a separate lawsuit to claim rights protection from the third party. The cost paid by PsycTest Quiz for filing a lawsuit shall be borne by PsycTest Quiz, and all the compensation obtained shall be enjoyed by PsycTest Quiz. 4. No other party’s trademarks, logos, commercial information, technology and other materials shall be used or copied without authorization without the written consent of the other party. 3. Liability for breach of contract 1. Neither party to this Agreement has the right to make any representation or warranty expressly or implied on behalf of the other party. 2. Any provisions of this Agreement are invalid or unenforceable due to changes in laws, regulations and policies. The individual invalidity of such provisions shall not affect the validity of other provisions, and other provisions shall remain legally effective. 3. Party A and Party B shall jointly abide by the content of this agreement. If a dispute arises during the implementation process, it shall be negotiated in a friendly manner. If no negotiation is reached, both parties have the right to file a lawsuit to resolve the matter and apply the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
